All pieces are handmade and produced in small batches. Many are made-to-order or released in limited drops. Because of this, no two garments are exactly alike.

2. Availability & Product Releases

Our collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

Once a product is sold out, it may be gone for good.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or cancel orders if necessary.

3. Sizing & Fit

We provide sizing guidance to help you make the best choice.

That said, fit can vary slightly between styles and runs. We encourage you to review measurements carefully before purchasing.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• Your order may be canceled if it appears fraudulent or high-risk
• Orders cannot be changed once placed

5. Shipping

Processing times are typically 3 business days, though this may extend during high-demand releases.

Once shipped:

• Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier
• Neondirt is not responsible for delays, losses, or transit issues
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited, handmade nature of our products:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refund will be in the form of store credit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

All Neondirt designs, graphics, and content are original works.
